It makes good sense to start on easier rivers then build up experience for the harder and more remote trip-most of the suggested itineraries below are designed to do just this and also to minimize the more dangerous time spent in buses. These give you an a idea of how rivers can be combined in a reasonable time span but note that you should allow a reserve day for delays waiting. The below Programe designed for support raft, camping accommodation and meals service arrangement, our professional river guide and other crews handle everything. The meal will be provided enroute and camping place.

Day 1: Arrive into Kathmandu Transfer to the Hotel.
Day 2: Drive to the Trisuli river put in point, big water surfing & camping.
Day 3: Kaykaing on Trisuli then drive to Pokhara.
Day 4: Play on the upper seti, rest and recuperation in Pokhara.
Day 5-7: Paddle Upper Kali Gandaki.
Day 08: Rest and recuperation Pokhara.
Day 09: Bus to kathamndu

Day 1: Arrive into Kathmandu Transfer to the Hotel.
Day 2: Drive to Pokhara.
Day 3: Warm up paddle on the lake or upper Seti river.
Day 4-6: Paddle the sati, self support trip on a warm friendly river & Rest and recuperation.
Day 07: drive to to the Bheri River put in point.
Day 07-10: Run the Bheri River.
Day 11: Arrive Chisapani – bus or jeep to Bardia National Park.
Day 12-14: Bardia National Park, Back to Kathmandu or Pokhara.

Day 1: Fly into Kathmandu and stay in Hotel, sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley.
Day 2: Fly or by bus to Pokhara
Day3: Fly to Jomson, start trekking up to Muktinath and down Trekking on kaligandaki Gorge.
Day 4-5: Trek down the Kali Gandaki gorge.
Day 6: Met raft support crew at Beni and trek up Myagdi Khola.
Day 7: Kayak the Myagdi Khola.
Day 8-11: Kayak the upper Kali Gandaki.
Day 11: Bus from the Take out point Mirmi to Pokhara.
Day 12-14: Transfer to Chitwan National park .
Day 14: Bus back to Kathmandu
