Mr. Tej Bahadur Jarga Managing Director /CEO		Mr. Tej Bahadur Jarga a permanent resident Bhirpani VDC-01, Ramechhap-2, has started his career more than one decades of continuous involvement in the tourism industry of the Himalayan kingdom - Nepal, Mr. Jarga has knowledge in the operation of the Rafting, Kayaking, tours, trekking, hiking, expedition in the Adventure destinations like Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan & India. He expertise on the new destination packaging of the programs as par with the requirements of the guests / visitors has led him the successful person in the tourism industry. Along with this, he is very good on sales & marketing of the products that he conducts, which is helping him to make Mountain River Rafting Pvt. Ltd as the fastest growing company in Nepal. Besides business, as per his character of being always occupied with the works, meeting up with the new people, sharing new ideas, he is also associated with the social organization helping the people of Nepal. Mr. Amar Bahadur Magar River Guide		Mr.Amar Bahadur Magar a resident of Chimkeshoweri -5, Tanahu has started his career from Adventure tourism since 1992 company establishment till now he has built himself as a young professional. With vast experience in the Rafting, Expedition and Trekking in all National and International Rafting, Trekking, Canoeing and Expedition sectors. He has the following experiences , in 1998 he has participated Arun Expedition organized by Mountain River Rafting, in 2000 he has participated Dhudh koshi Expedition organized by Mountain River Rafting, rest of the time he has participated various National and International Rafting program. With vast experience in the operations in all Rafting, Kayaking, Catraft and Trekking sectors, He has the following experiences in various expediting Siberia – Himalayan: Rafting down Everest 2001-2004 he has participated Dhudh Koshi Expedition organized by Mountain River Rafting, and in 2004. He has participated Arun Expedition organized by together Export team Tomsk city from Siberia and Mountain River Rafting from Nepal, he has got Gold medalist in Arun Expedition in Siberia. Also Participate in National and international events. He has sustained and grown in the tourism with his timeless dedication.
